What the role involves

  • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Supporting students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience working within SEN, SEMH, or education settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Passion for supporting children and young people.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
