As a Teaching Assistant, the work centres on providing one-to-one support to students with SEN to help them access the curriculum. It would suit someone who can bring patient, consistent, and calm in a learner-focused classroom setting to the role.

Required Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN to help them access the curriculum. Collaborating with other professionals, such as educational psychologists and speech therapists, to support student progress. Supporting the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
