• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND.
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Supporting pupils' academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social development.
• Adapt your support to meet the diverse needs of pupils across different educational settings.
• Dedicated support from experienced education consultants throughout your placement.

Skills and requirements

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals where required.
• Support work, or a similar role is essential.
• Previous experience working within an educational setting.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
