What the role involves

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support for students with complex ASD needs.
  • Supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
  • Assisting students in accessing classroom activities and learning tasks.
  • Implement personalised support strategies and behaviour plans.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with students.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.

Skills and requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting children with high-needs ASD.
  • Recent primary school-based experience.
  • Experience supporting SEN students on a 1:1 basis.
  • Calm, patient, and resilient approach to supporting learners.

Confirmed role details

  • £110 – £115 per day (depending on experience).
  • Long Term, Full-time.
  • 8:30 AM – 3:45 PM.
  • This rewarding role involves providing tailored 1:1 support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and high-level needs.
