The Teaching Assistant position centres on providing 1:1 SEN support for pupils with speech, language, and communication needs. It would suit someone who can bring builds strong, trusting relationships with pupils to the role.

What you need

  • Has experience supporting pupils with SLCN and/or autism.
  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar SEN role.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
