This Teaching Assistant role is focused on supporting children one-to-one and in small groups, adapting your approach to suit different learning styles. Role overview
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Help children access learning, build independence and engage positively with their education.
Main responsibilities
Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups, adapting your approach to suit different learning styles. Help pupils who communicate differently, or who need emotional or behavioural support, to feel seen, heard and valued. Provide personalised support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.

Requirements
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- Experience working with children or young people, SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
