Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Rotherham S25 / Dinnington
Salary: £460 - £600 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs, helping them engage, progress, and develop confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Support students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assist with tailored learning activities and interventions
• Help manage behaviour and emotional needs
• Support communication and engagement in learning
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO staff
• Promote independence and inclusion

Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting SEN is preferred
• Strong communication and patience
• Ability to adapt to individual learning needs
• A calm, supportive, and consistent approach
