• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with SEND.
• Assisting teachers in adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Care Plans (EHCPs) and individual support strategies.
• Help implement Education, Health.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
