- Providing 1:1 support and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
- Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs.
- Supporting emotional regulation, routines and positive behaviour.
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider school team.
- Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement in lessons.
- Supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development.
