What the role involves

  • Providing 1:1 support and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
  • Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs.
  • Supporting emotional regulation, routines and positive behaviour.
  • Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider school team.
  • Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement in lessons.
  • Supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development.

  • Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
