Job description
The Teaching Assistant position centres on work 1:1 and in small groups under the guidance of the SENCO, ensuring that all students can access learning, develop independence, and build confidence. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

A passionate SEND department with a clear vision and inclusive ethos. Access to CPD including Team Teach and autism awareness training.
How the role works day to day
Work 1:1 and in small groups under the guidance of the SENCO, ensuring that all students can access learning, develop independence, and build confidence. Support pupils with additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties and ADHD. supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment.

What needs to be in place
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
