Job description
As a Teaching Assistant, the work centres on the Role Provide 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, communication needs, or social, emotional and behavioural needs. It would suit someone who can bring supporting learners through a calm, structured classroom routine to the role.

The Role Provide 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, communication needs, or social, emotional and behavioural needs. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual support plans.

Requirements
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
- Relevant SEN, teaching, or learner-support experience.
