SEN Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistant focuses on providing 1:1 or small group support under the guidance of teaching staff.
What the role involves
- Providing 1:1 or small group support under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Assisting with the implementation of EHCPs and individual learning plans.
- Supporting students with communication, behaviour, personal care, and sensory needs.
- Encouraging the development of independence and life skills.
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND (in a school or care setting).
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

- Start: ASAP / September 2026.
- £93+ per day (depending on experience).
