What the role involves
- Delivering targeted SEN support through one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering personalised learning activities.
- Review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to support pupil progress.
- Monitoring and adapt support strategies based on individual pupil development.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

- Year 1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time.
- 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
