SEN Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistant focuses on supporting is provided on a 1:1 basis and within small groups, both inside and outside the classroom.

- Supporting is provided on a 1:1 basis and within small groups, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with SEN.
- Supporting small group interventions focusing on learning and social skills.
- Helping pupils access the curriculum through differentiated support.
- Implementing strategies from EHCPs and individual support plans.
- Supporting pupils during transitions, break times, and lunch.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
