Sen Teaching Assistant

This Teaching Assistant role is focused on providing consistent, empathetic support to students with SEMH needs. It would suit someone who can bring strong understanding of the importance of boundaries, consistency, and relationship-building to the role.

What you need
- Previous SEMH experience (in a school or through a relevant background such as a Psychology degree).
- A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to drive school vehicles.
- Knowledge or experience of therapeutic approaches in education.
Practical information
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- This is a full-time Teaching Assistant position working closely with students who may experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, abandonment-related trauma, and difficultie.
- Play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, understood, and supported in their daily school life.
