SEN Teaching Assistant
Job description
As a Teaching Assistant, the work centres on classes are small, allowing for highly personalised, relationship‑based support in a safe, nurturing environment. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Help build independence, confidence and positive social interactions. Observe behaviour, identify concerns and provide feedback to teachers and the therapeutic team.
