Job description
Requirements
- A strong basic education, with a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Mathematics
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (Coaching, Mentorship, Support Positions)
- Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs
- Confidence to lead on a specialist area such as Reading, Mathematics or outdoor learning
- Experience with behaviour management strategies and techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
