Skills and requirements
- QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Extensive experience working with children and young people with SEN.
- Proven experience delivering 1:1 or small‑group tuition.
- Strong knowledge of differentiation, behaviour management, and trauma‑informed practice.
