Job description

As a SENco, the work centres on supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Who the work supports

The SEND department provides tailored support for students with additional learning needs. The SENCO will lead SEND provision across the school, coordinating interventions, managing EHCP processes and working closely with teachers, parents and external agencies.
