• The provision supports Key Stage 4 pupils (11–16) with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, alongside additional barriers to learning including ADHD, communication dif.
• Contributing to whole-school leadership, safeguarding, and inclusion strategies.
• Ensuring high-quality interventions and targeted support are in place for learners.
