Marsh Primary School seeks 1:1 SEND support for Year 2 girl for September

Are you a learning support assistant with experience of working with SEND children? If your forte is SEND support or you have experience of working with children with global development delay or epilepsy (absence seizures), this is the role for you!

From September, a Marsh Primary school (in Huddersfield) is looking for a learning support assistant to work 1:1 with a girl in Year 2 with global development delay and epilepsy.

Day to day for this learning support assistant role:

* Supporting with mobility around the school
* First Aid during daily absence seizures and after care (training will be given)
* Supporting her with learning activities
* Nurturing, calm manner

As a learning support assistant you will show strong pastoral and emotional support for your pupil, as well as being vigilant to her cues and needs which will mean able to think on the spot and being flexible with her timetable. The pupil will require first aid
