What the role involves
- Deliver engaging, adapted lessons that meet the unique needs of every learner.
- Supporting pupils with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
- Create and track personalized learning plans and EHCP targets.
- Partner with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and specialists to provide a team-around-the-child approach.
- Celebrate student progress by adapting strategies to ensure no one is left behind.
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and high-energy learning environment.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
