SEND Teacher! focuses on deliver engaging, adapted lessons that meet the unique needs of every learner.

What the role involves

• Deliver engaging, adapted lessons that meet the unique needs of every learner.
• Supporting pupils with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
• Create and track personalized learning plans and EHCP targets.
• Partner with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and specialists to provide a team-around-the-child approach.
• Celebrate student progress by adapting strategies to ensure no one is left behind.
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and high-energy learning environment.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• Permanent or Fixed Term.
• Safeguarding Statement.

• All successful candidates will require an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

Candidate fit
