Skills and requirements

  • Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
  • Have experience working with pupils with SEND, either in a specialist or inclusive mainstream setting.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Autism, complex needs, and differentiated teaching approaches.
  • Be creative, adaptable, and reflective, with the ability to tailor learning to a wide range of abilities.

  • Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
  • Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability).

  • Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.
