SEND Teacher focuses on delivering tailored lessons to pupils with pmld.
What the role involves
- Delivering tailored lessons to pupils with PMLD.
- Plan and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes and developmental milestones.
- Work closely with support staff and parents/carers to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning space where every student can thrive.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream environment).
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- Full-time, Long-term.
- £1100 – £1500 per week (dependent on experience).
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm.
