  • Teaching small classes with excellent staff-to-pupil ratio.
  • Receive ongoing support from outstanding leadership and colleagues.
  • Develop your SEND teaching expertise.

Skills and requirements

  • This role would suit a qualified teacher with QTS and a genuine interest in SEND.
  • Previous experience teaching in a SEND or complex needs school is desirable but not essential.
  • Be paid to scale in line with experience up to MPS6.
  • Appointments will be subject to our stringent vetting procedures, including enhanced DBS checks and references.
