Are you committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Vision for Education is currently recruiting a compassionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEND school in Dudley.

This full-time position involves working with pupils who have moderate to complex learning needs, including speech and language difficulties. You will provide support both on a one-to-one basis and in small group settings across various age ranges. Your contribution will play a key role in helping students develop confidence, enhance communication skills, and build greater independence.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly those with moderate to complex needs and speech & language difficulties
✅ A patient, flexible approach and a genuine passion for supporting children
✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
✅ A valid DBS, Right to Work in the UK, and appropriate references
