What the role involves

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
• Assisting in adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
• Follow safeguarding policies and contribute to a safe environment.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
• Be a patient, empathetic, and supportive educator.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.

Confirmed role details

• Full Time, Term Time Only.
• Start Date: June 2026.
• Provide consistent, individualised support to pupils with additional needs, helping them engage in learning.
• Develop confidence, and make meaningful progress!
