The Role:

We’re looking for an account handler who brings structure without killing creativity, clarity without dampening ideas and a level of client care that feels more like a partnership than a process. Someone who can keep a project steady whilst still being energised by the messy parts of bringing a brand to life. The work they produce is seriously goof and you’ll guide clients through every stage of their brand or design journey – launching something from scratch, re-igniting something established or helping a business break into its next phase of growth. You’ll be the person who knows exactly what’s happening, why it’s happening, and how to bring everyone along for the role. Strategy, story, design, activation, you’ll touch it all, shaping the work, pushing thinking forward and making sure brilliant ideas actually come to life.

What We’re Looking for:

We’re looking for someone with a few solid years (2-4) in a marketing, branding or creative agency and someone who understands identity and strategy, who is calm, curious and loves what they do.

You’re someone who cares about doing great work and helping ambitious businesses grow and who enjoys working closely with leadership teams that expect the same. You’ll know how to ask good questions, challenge when something feels off, bring direction when teams need aligning and make sure the finished work doesn’t just look good but lands with commercial impact. In short, you’ll translate creative thinking into clear action, keep teams in sync and keep projects tight – even when everything is moving at pace.

What’s on Offer?

This role could suit either an Senior Account Executive or an Account Manager so there’s a bit of variance in the salary depending on level, but likely between £30-40,000. On top of that there’s a great holiday allowance, Christmas shutdown and your birthday off, and you’ll be given a training budget so that you can keep learning. Based in quite a rural location, they operate a hybrid working policy of at least 2 days in the office, but you will need a driving license as public transport is very hit and miss.

In addition, it’s somewhere that isn’t so big that you won’t’ have a voice, but not too small so there’s limited room to grow – it’s just got the perfect balance. There are people from all different backgrounds, and if you’re the type that’s happy to get suck in, it’s the right home
