- Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Skills and requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts, or a commercially focused client-facing role within SaaS or fintech.
- Experience within financial technology, enterprise software, ERP, or finance transformation environments is highly desirable.

Candidate fit
- Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, with ownership of client relationships, commercial performance, and long-term account strategy.
- Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across Aptitude’s product suite to drive incremental revenue growth.
- Leading commercial discussions including renewals, pricing negotiations, contract extensions, and account planning activities.
