What the role involves

  • Monitoring and respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Based in reception, act as first point of contact for all visitors and staff.
  • Build and establish positive working relationships with staff and residents.
  • Resolving queries and escalate complex queries where required.
  • Data checking and monitoring, including working with spreadsheets.
  • Stock ordering and stock control.
