Senior Android Engineer focuses on leading the development of new features and enhancements across our android app(s).

• Leading the development of new features and enhancements across our Android app(s).
• Design, and ship high-quality solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Maintaining high standards of code quality through code reviews and mentoring.
• Driving improvements in our Android architecture, tooling, and development processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Skills and requirements

• 4+ years of professional Android development experience (Senior).
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development practices.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, MVVM architecture, and dependency injection (e.g., Hilt or Dagger).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries.

Confirmed role details

• Hybrid – once monthly office visits to Manchester (may be once weekly in-office if a short commute from the HQ).
