• Leading on corporate transactions including M&A, reorganisations, restructures and private equity work.
• Develop strong internal and external relationships, including organisational referrers and business partners.
• Supporting the Head of Commercial with the team’s strategic direction, performance, and growth initiatives.

• Significant post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
