What the role involves

• The successful candidate can expect to handle a caseload of predominantly litigated, defender files, ranging from EL and PL claims, counter-fraud, high value catastrophic injury fi.
• Carry out procedural hearings, debates and proofs.

Skills and requirements

• The team is keen to hear from candidates with at least 5 years’ PQE, with strong knowledge of personal injury claims, (preferably defender) and/or previous experience working in th.
• Previous experience of handling complex and sensitive claims would be beneficial.
