This Senior Associate MEP Cost Managers role in Quantity Surveying is focused on maintaining central feedback and learning on cost estimating from prospects and projects and contribute to updating of best practices in estimating. It would suit someone who can bring be educated to degree level, ideally in Quantity Surveying (essential) to the role.

We're keen to hear from people with a strong consultancy background and with a proven track record of delivering high quality MEP cost management/quantity surveying/scheduling acro.
How the role works day to day
Maintaining central feedback and learning on cost estimating from prospects and projects and contribute to updating of best practices in estimating. Pre- and post-contract duties, including preparation of cost estimates, RFPs, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc. Completing feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.

Practical details
- There currently exists opportunities for degree qualified Associate MEP Cost Managers to work on protects with new and existing high profile Data Centre clients.
- Applicants will ideally have strong client facing skills and a varied project background, although airport, data centres, hi-tech manufacturing, BESS, and logistics experience will.
- Work model: Hybrid.

- Have client facing/stakeholder management experience (essential).
- Ability to manage shift-by-shift driving or delivery responsibilities reliably.
