How the role works day to day

Maintaining central feedback and learning on cost estimating from prospects and projects and contribute to updating of best practices in estimating. Pre- and post-contract duties, including preparation of cost estimates, RFPs, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc. Completing feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.

Practical details

• There currently exists opportunities for degree qualified Associate MEP Cost Managers to work on protects with new and existing high profile Data Centre clients.
• Applicants will ideally have strong client facing skills and a varied project background, although airport, data centres, hi-tech manufacturing, BESS, and logistics experience will.
• Work model: Hybrid.

What needs to be in place

• Have client facing/stakeholder management experience (essential).
• Ability to manage shift-by-shift driving or delivery responsibilities reliably.
