• At least 4-5 years of structured finance underwriting experience in an investment bank or a buy-side outfit.
• Strong understanding of real estate / mortgage backed loans essential; relevant experience in warehouse / portfolio / NPL financing desirable.
• Candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in RE-backed credit structuring, and comfort with loans documentation.
