Senior / Associate Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)
Job description
As a Project Manager, the work centres on independently manage and lead on the delivery of a variety of construction-related projects from inception topletion. It would suit someone who can bring excellentmunication, problem-solving and report-writing skills to the role.
How the role is set up
Attending project meetings, preparing progress reports and managing third-party consultants and contractor teams. Work closely with the leadership team and contribute to the development of client relationships.
Where someone would start
Independently manage and lead on the delivery of a variety of construction-related projects from inception topletion. Supporting and assist with the training and development of junior team members. Projects undertaken will vary in size and value, but may epass new build developments, refurbishments, fit-outs and extensions.Key Responsibilities.

What is expected
- Preferably, hold a relevant professional membership, RICS/APM/CIOB.
- A relevant degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent discipline.

- A strong understanding of pre-contract construction tasks, such as contract administration.
- Knowledge and understanding of JCT and NEC contract forms.
- Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
