Offers the opportunity to work on market‑leading Scottish real estate transactions for a diverse client base, including UK and international investors, institutions, and funds.
How the role works day to day
Delivering asset management work, including lettings, lease re-gears, variations, and related documentation. Supporting and mentor junior lawyers within the team. Supporting the Scottish real estate aspects of corporate and share acquisitions.
