What needs to be in place
- Experience of delivering and supporting a building maintenance and management service across a diverse property portfolio.
- Educated to HNC or equivalent in Building/Surveying/Construction, or equivalent Professional qualification.
- Experience of leading large complex programmes of work and projects.
Job details
- This is a permanent full-time position, with a standard working week of 36.25 hours.
- Requires regular travel to properties primarily across Northern Ireland, including both urban and remote locations.
- Work model: Remote.
