Senior/Associate Surveyors focuses on assistant to senior members of the surveying team including senior survey, associate surveyor, associate director and director lead on rights of light and daylight and sunlight mat.

What the role involves

• Assistant to senior members of the surveying team including Senior Survey, Associate Surveyor, Associate Director and Director lead on Rights of Light and Daylight and Sunlight mat.
• Managing delivery of projects through liaison with the Surveying Team, Director, clients.
• Design team, external consultants and in-house resources.
• Deeds etc identifying relevant considerations, seeking Director input and deferring to legal advisors where appropriate.
• Delivering on client and Director’ expectations through effective communication and high-quality delivery.
• Also be able to manage your own time, resource, budgets and invoicing to ensure projects are completed successfully and in line with projected costs and profitability.
