We’re searching for a confident, people‑focused Senior AV Technician to join our high‑performing team supporting the London offices of one of the world’s largest international banks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished AV professional who thrives in a fast‑paced corporate environment and takes pride in delivering flawless service.

As a key member of the Front of House operation, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the seamless delivery of all audio‑visual services across the client’s purpose‑built Conference Centre and wider meeting spaces. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing position where technical expertise meets exceptional customer service.

You’ll support everything from day‑to‑day room setups to high‑profile events, working closely with internal stakeholders and external production partners. The work is varied, dynamic, and ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical problem‑solving with human connection.

In addition, you’ll act as deputy to the AV Team Leader—supporting team coordination, maintaining service standards, and stepping up to lead when required.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Shifts between 7am-10pm, from Mon-Fri. 
Salary: £36,922 per annum

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in corporate AV, events, or technical support roles

Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport

Calm, polished, and professional under pressure

Solid understanding of AV systems, signal flow, and event technologies

A proactive mindset with a passion for both technology and people
