Senior Bid Manager

The Senior Bid Manager position in Bid Management centres on coordinating proposal development from initial request through to customer approval. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Proven experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, or Business Change delivery. Gather & Clarify requirements to support solution development and scope definition.

Main responsibilities

Coordinating proposal development from initial request through to customer approval. Leading & Manage proposal development activities from initiation through to customer sign-off. Coordinating & Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bring excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and organisational skills, alongside the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working within CGI Step processes and secure delivery environments is highly desirable.
