Senior BIM Specialist I focuses on delivering accurate, coordinated bim outputs that support engineering direction and cross-discipline production workflows.

What the role involves

• Delivering accurate, coordinated BIM outputs that support engineering direction and cross-discipline production workflows.
• Supporting team development through informal coaching, reinforcing strong modeling habits, documentation practices, and production standards.
• Maintaining clear documentation of modeling decisions, standards clarifications, and client-specific requirements across project tools and GitHub.
• Maintaining accurate and timely time and expense entries to support delivery accountability.
• Coordinating with Designers, engineers, and cross-discipline teams to resolve modeling or documentation challenges.
• Supporting site walks, existing conditions verification, or field documentation, capturing findings clearly to strengthen model accuracy and coordination.

Skills and requirements

• Education: Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting, Architecture,Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, BIM execution, and construction documentation across multiple project.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
• May occasionally lift or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Approximately 75% of work is performed in a remote or office environment using standard office equipment.
