Senior Business Analyst focuses on analysing business requirements across multiple workstreams.

What the role involves

• Analysing business requirements across multiple workstreams.
• Supporting process mapping, target operating model design and business change activities.
• Work closely with business, operations and technology teams to define solutions and delivery requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Technology.
• Processing flows, impact assessments and gap analyses.
• Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including requirements documentation.

Skills and requirements

• Experience supporting large-scale business change or transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and operational processes.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Additional role context

• 6 months initially (with potential extension).
