Senior Business Analyst focuses on analysing business requirements across multiple workstreams.
What the role involves
- Analysing business requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Supporting process mapping, target operating model design and business change activities.
- Work closely with business, operations and technology teams to define solutions and delivery requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Technology.
- Processing flows, impact assessments and gap analyses.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including requirements documentation.
Skills and requirements
- Experience supporting large-scale business change or transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and operational processes.
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Additional role context
- 6 months initially (with potential extension).
