Senior Business Controller

Senior Business Controller focuses on partner with programme leadership to monitor costs, risks, and financial performance.

What the role involves

• Partner with programme leadership to monitor costs, risks, and financial performance.
• Produce forecasts, budgets, and consolidated reporting for large multi-year programmes.
• Supporting project managers with cost analysis, savings initiatives, and commercial insights.
• Leading month-end reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external audits and compliance reporting.

Skills and requirements

• Fully-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with extensive project accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of long-term contracts, cost-to-completion analysis, and commercial accounting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• ERP and planning tools experience preferred.
