Working closely with Sales Engineering and Delivery teams to shape tailored, high-value solutions. Building a strong pipeline in Industrial & Energy domain.

Opening new doors and generating leads through networking, events, digital channels, and your own connections. Entry into Employee Ownership scheme (yes, you will own a part of Red!). Work with global clients on cutting-edge digital and industrial transformation projects.

What is expected
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, embedded systems, or industrial solutions.
- Experience in the UK and Western/Northern Europe markets.
- Public speaking, LinkedIn presence, and webinar experience - a big plus.
Job details

- Employment contract at £70,000 - 90,000 annually.
