Senior Campus Planning Manager

The Senior Campus Planning Manager position in Engineering, Design centres on leading the support of our UK construction management team, utilising planning and scheduling to plan, track, and drive Equinix projects. It would suit someone who can bring coordinating electrical building services delivery while keeping timelines, contractors, and standards aligned to the role.

What the work leans on

Provide internal schedule assurance in support of project funding and approvals process and production of due diligence/funding ask L1 schedules. You’ll work across teams, influence key decisions, and help shape the path forward.

Where the technical work sits

• Leading the support of our UK construction management team, utilising planning and scheduling to plan, track, and drive Equinix projects.
• Supporting the evaluation and adoption of new technology innovations into our construction process and project controls services.
• Driving the benefits of planning and scheduling at campus level, using data to produce executive insights, identify trends, and support escalations when needed.

Technical requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of planning software – Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project are essential.
• Proven track record of construction planning & scheduling experience at project & campus level, preferably within the data centre industry.
• Experience working with and validating General Contractor schedules and issuing specific technical feedback.

Practical details

• This will be an Onsite role based in Slough/London Full Time with Onsite presence expected 3-5 days per week.
