Skills and requirements

• As a Senior Care Assistant you must have achieved or be actively working towards a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social care.
• Experience within the care sector is essential, you must have a passion for delivering good customer service, and have knowledge and understanding of legislation specific to Health.
• A valid drivers license and access to a reliable form of transportation is also required for this role, where you will be providing support to our clients within the communities we.
• Receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.

• This role is a full-time position, with guaranteed contracted hours.
• Guaranteed hours built around your availability.
• Competitive rates of pay starting at £29,000 per annum.
• Mileage payment of 45p per mile.

Additional role context

• As a Senior Care Assistant you will be the link between our Care Manager, and the Care Assistant team, you will conduct introductions between clients.
• Be based both within the field, when providing care to our clients, and in the office when supporting the Care Manager.
