Senior Care Assistant

Care Assistant focuses on delivering outstanding care to clients and leading by example.

What the role involves

• Delivering outstanding care to Clients and leading by example.
• Mentoring and being a point of contact for new CareGivers.
• Updating support plans as Clients' needs change.
• Supporting with medication audits and competency checks.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience of working within a health and social care setting.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent care.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

• Whether you need occasional help around the home, assistance after a hospital stay, or full-time care, our carefully matched Care.
• 15 - 20 Hours at £14.25 - £14.80 + travel time + mileage.
• 15 - 20 Hours at £14.75 – £15.20 per hour + oncall payment.
• This is a split role, combining hands-on care delivery with senior duties.
