What the role involves

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Support junior staff, providing guidance and leadership to enhance team performance.
• Maintaining accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home environment.

Skills and requirements

• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required).
• At least 1 years senior care experience.
