What the role involves
- As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our community services, leading by example in the field and supporting both serv.
- Combine hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office-based duties.
- Review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments.
- Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning.
- Shadow new starters and carry out observations and competency checks.
- Be a trusted senior presence, helping to maintain high standards of care.
Skills and requirements
- Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle.
